What kinds of courses does EonSTEM offer, and who are they for?
At EonSTEM, we offer fun and engaging courses in AI, game development, the Internet of Things (IoT), and Scratch programming. Our programs are tailored for students ages 6 to 18, with different levels to match their age and experience.
Can my child join even if they’ve never done any programming before?
Absolutely! Our courses are designed with beginners in mind. We make learning to code fun and approachable—even for first-timers. Plus, we use AI tools like ChatGPT to help students write, improve, and troubleshoot their code along the way.
What language are the classes taught in?
All of our classes are primarily taught in English.
How many sessions are in a course, and how long is each one?
Each course includes 10 sessions, and every class runs for 60 minutes.
Can we try a class before signing up? Is there a trial class?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to try a free trial class to see if it’s a good fit before you enroll.
Are the classes live or recorded? How many students are in each class?
All of our classes are live on Zoom, with real-time interaction and personalized support from the instructor. We keep class sizes small—typically 4 to 8 students—to make sure everyone gets the attention they need.
Will students get a certificate after completing the course?
Definitely! Students will earn a digital certificate of completion from EonSTEM to recognize their hard work and progress.
How do we sign up for a course?
Just fill out the registration form on our website, and one of our advisors will get in touch to confirm the course details and schedule with you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, Cash App Pay, and Alipay.
Do you offer refunds?
Absolutely. If you have scheduling conflicts or need to cancel, we offer reasonable refund or transfer options to accommodate you.
How do I request a refund?
To request a refund, please email us at info@eonstem.ai with your enrollment details and the reason for your request. Our team will review it and get back to you within 2–3 business days, following our refund policy.
