In ScratchJr Animation 201, young coders will take their storytelling skills to the next level by creating more interactive, multi-scene animations with stronger logic and structure. Students will learn how to build mini-projects that include character interactions, multiple backgrounds, and basic condition-based behaviors—like triggering actions when characters collide or enter new scenes. The course encourages deeper exploration of ScratchJr’s creative tools, including using the start-on-message block to connect scenes, customizing more detailed animations, and structuring short story-based games. With more open-ended challenges and guided creativity, students will continue to build confidence in sequencing, debugging, and visual storytelling.
