This advanced-level course empowers young tech creators to become real-world problem solvers by designing and building ambitious, multi-functional IoT projects while incorporating sensors, displays, and decision-making logic. Students will use their breadth of knowledge from previous IoT courses to create smart home systems, automated environmental monitors, and AI-assisted alert devices. Using the Arduino platform and ChatGPT, students will continue to use AI to generate, understand, and debug their projects. This course is perfect for learners who are ready to tackle advanced and real-world projects.
Design and build original IoT inventions to solve real-world problems
Write and optimize Arduino code with AI-assisted support
Independently plan and prototype complex hardware systems
Integrate AI tools into the invention workflow
Present and explain their invention process with clarity and confidence

Classes are conducted online via Zoom. Students can join from anywhere with an internet connection. Please download and install Zoom before your first class.
You’ll need a computer capable of running the Arduino IDE, which is free and compatible with Windows, macOS, and Linux.
